RETURNS / EXCHANGES

Items purchased from 4EIGNKNITTS must be returned in perfect condition and unused, free from damage, stains, odors, or any condition that would prevent their sale as new. Items must also be returned in their original packaging, including all tags and any items included as part of the packaging.

  • Exchange period: 10 days from the customer's receipt of the product
  • Return period: 10 days from the customer's receipt of the order

Purchases made through the website can be returned online only. Items purchased during Pop Ups or Events will not be refunded.

REFUNDS

IF a refund is granted, it will be processed via the original payment method used during purchase within 5 to 10 business days after the item arrives back to us. During collection launches, holiday campaigns, Black Friday, or other peak periods, return processing times may vary slightly. The shipping cost will be deducted from the refund, as It's not a refundable item.

POP-UPS & EVENTS

Items purchased during Pop Ups or in the outlet stores will NOT be refunded.
